Attendance at a timeshare sales presentation lasting approximately 90 minutes is required.

Owners who do not attend the sales presentation may be charged up to the full retail value of this package.

Eligibility: Participants must: (1) own a Beneficial Interest in the MVC Trust; or (2) own a week that is enrolled in the Abound by Marriott Vacations exchange program; or (3) own a Vacation Ownership Interest that is enrolled in the Vistana Signature Network® exchange program.

If married or living together, couples must attend the sales presentation together to receive this offer; singles may purchase separately. Package is nontransferable. This package may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional package Marriott Ownership Resorts, Inc. offers. This offer is subject to change without notice. No substitutions will be permitted without Sponsor approval. Due to the special pricing of this offer, we are unable to offer Marriott Bonvoy® program member benefits.

Excluded from this offer are:

• (i) Employees of Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation, its affiliated companies, and their immediate family members;
• (ii) Owners with a confirmed reservation for, or who have attended, an Exclusive Owner Event and timeshare presentation sponsored by Marriott Ownership Resorts, Inc. within 6 months of the date that this package commences;
• (iii) Owners with a confirmed reservation for, or who have attended, a Cruise Event sponsored by Marriott Ownership Resorts, Inc. within 6 months of the date that this package commences;
• (iv) Residents of Maine and West Virginia; and/or
• (v) Owners who reside outside of the United States.

Cancellation Policy
Prior to arrival:
- Cancellation within 24 hours of booking:
Owners may cancel their Exclusive Owner Event reservation up to 24 hours after booking and receive their ownership points back without penalty. This 24-hour period is applicable to reservations made both outside and inside of 60-days-prior-to-arrival time frame.
- Cancellation up to 61 days prior to arrival:
Owners may cancel their Exclusive Owner Event reservation up to 61 days prior to arrival and their ownership points will be restored.
- Cancellation 60 days prior to arrival or less:
If an Owner cancels their Exclusive Owner Event reservation 60 days prior to arrival or less, their ownership points will be forfeited.

Upon purchase:
- Residents of Michigan, Minnesota, New Mexico, North Dakota, and Texas may cancel within 15 business days of package purchase date and their ownership points will be restored. Cancellations must be made in writing within 15 business days of package purchase date. Cancellation notices must be sent to Owner Events Team, 7812 Palm Parkway, Orlando, Florida 32836.

The total retail value of this package is $1,930. Retail value of accommodations is $1,100. The total retail value of incentives is $830. Retail value is based on current average room rates at the time of print, which are subject to change without notice. Actual retail value will be based upon the rack rates during the period of occupancy. Premiums, if applicable, are not redeemable for cash and may be subject to change and/or unavailable. Substitutions, if available, will be at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Accommodations may be subject to change or unavailable. Alternate accommodations may be used if necessary.

Airfare, transportation, additional expenses, applicable taxes, if any, and gratuities are not included with this offer.
