The annual South Beach Seafood Festival kicks off stone crab season every October. But it’s not just any seafood festival. It’s a high-end experience that showcases the talents of South Florida’s leading chefs and culinary masterminds. Over 40 restaurants and chefs compete for the glory of being named the best of the fest by presenting generous portions of fresh seafood specialties such as seasonal stone crabs, oysters, lobster rolls, ceviche, sushi, and more.
Now’s your chance to taste your way through this seafood extravaganza. Your claw-some adventure begins with check-in at Marriott’s Villas at Doral, followed by a welcome dinner at Joe’s Stone Crab. For over 120 years, this landmark in the heart of South Beach has served succulent seafood to the masses, including celebrities and dignitaries from around the world. You’ll dine on their superb seafood, steaks, and more.
On Day 2, you’re off to the 13th annual South Beach Seafood Festival. Explore dozens of pop-up cafes and open bars spanning four beachfront city blocks and offering fresh seafood, refreshing cocktails, wine, and beer. Learn expert tips during culinary demonstrations from the award-winning chefs. Head to the Main Stage to enjoy live performances from the region’s top musical talent from a range of genres. Owners who do not attend the sales presentation may be charged up to the full retail value of this package.
Eligibility: Participants must: (1) own a Beneficial Interest in the MVC Trust; or (2) own a week that is enrolled in the Abound by Marriott Vacations exchange program; or (3) own a Vacation Ownership Interest that is enrolled in the Vistana Signature Network® exchange program.

Cancellation Policy
Prior to arrival:
- Cancellation within 24 hours of booking:
Owners may cancel their Exclusive Owner Event reservation up to 24 hours after booking and receive their ownership points back without penalty. This 24-hour period is applicable to reservations made both outside and inside of 60-days-prior-to-arrival time frame.
- Cancellation up to 61 days prior to arrival:
Owners may cancel their Exclusive Owner Event reservation up to 61 days prior to arrival and their ownership points will be restored.
- Cancellation 60 days prior to arrival or less:
If an Owner cancels their Exclusive Owner Event reservation 60 days prior to arrival or less, their ownership points will be forfeited.
Upon purchase:
- Residents of Michigan, Minnesota, New Mexico, North Dakota, and Texas may cancel within 15 business days of package purchase date and their ownership points will be restored. Cancellations must be made in writing within 15 business days of package purchase date. Cancellation notices must be sent to Owner Events Team, 7812 Palm Parkway, Orlando, Florida 32836.
The total retail value of this offer is up to $2,922. Retail value of accommodations is up to $1,689. The total retail value of incentives is up to $1,233. Retail value is based on current average room rates at the time of print, which are subject to change without notice.
