A Kaleidoscope of Fall Colors
Just when the relentless dog days of summer start weighing you down, you’ll feel a shift. The air turns crisp and carries the scent of dried leaves and woodsmoke. The golden light lingers a little longer in the afternoons. The time for sweater weather, pumpkin spice, fire pits, and football has come.
The trees feel it too and display their fiery transformation. What better way to celebrate this special time of year than to observe the vibrant hues of fall foliage against the backdrop of the famous New York City skyline—all while savoring a delicious brunch aboard a luxury yacht. Your autumn adventure begins with check-in at Marriott Vacation Club®, New York City, followed by an exclusive cocktail reception. Then you’ll head to Frankie & Johnnie’s Steakhouse with fellow Owners for an exceptional dinner and wine pairing located inside the former townhome of Golden Age of Hollywood actor John Barrymore.
On Day 2, you’ll meet at Chelsea Piers, Pier 62, and board Classic Harbor Line’s Manhattan II for a 2.5-hour cruise. You’ll head north on the Hudson River to admire the last leaves of fall as well as views of the Upper West Side of Manhattan. Move about the comfortable 1920s-style vessel for the best viewing experience. Step outside onto teak decks near the bow. You’ll still enjoy unobstructed views if you move back into the cabin due to its all-glass observatory. There you can rest in comfortable seating and a climate-controlled environment as you’re served a scrumptious three-course prix fixe brunch including bloody marys, mimosas, beer, wine, and champagne.

- Fall Foliage Yacht Cruise
Depart from Chelsea Piers, Pier 62, for a 2.5-hour cruise on the Hudson River aboard Classic Harbor Line’s 100-foot yacht Manhattan II. Take in spectacular views of the trees in all their autumn glory as well as iconic New York City landmarks. Move both inside and outside the vessel cabin for prime views. Then take your seat inside the climate-controlled interior cabin to enjoy a delicious three-course prix fixe brunch. Cancellation Policy
Prior to arrival:
- Cancellation within 24 hours of booking:
Owners may cancel their Exclusive Owner Event reservation up to 24 hours after booking and receive their ownership points back without penalty. This 24-hour period is applicable to reservations made both outside and inside of 60-days-prior-to-arrival time frame.
- Cancellation up to 61 days prior to arrival:
Owners may cancel their Exclusive Owner Event reservation up to 61 days prior to arrival and their ownership points will be restored.
- Cancellation 60 days prior to arrival or less:
If an Owner cancels their Exclusive Owner Event reservation 60 days prior to arrival or less, their ownership points will be forfeited.
Upon purchase:
- Residents of Michigan, Minnesota, New Mexico, North Dakota, and Texas may cancel within 15 business days of package purchase date and their ownership points will be restored. Cancellations must be made in writing within 15 business days of package purchase date. Cancellation notices must be sent to Owner Events Team, 7812 Palm Parkway, Orlando, Florida 32836.
The total retail value of this package is $2,856. Retail value of accommodations is $1,721. The total retail value of incentives is $1,135. Retail value is based on current average room rates at the time of print, which are subject to change without notice. Actual retail value will be based upon the rack rates during the period of occupancy. Premiums, if applicable, are not redeemable for cash and may be subject to change and/or unavailable. Substitutions, if available, will be at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Accommodations may be subject to change or unavailable. Alternate accommodations may be used if necessary.
