This promotional package is being offered by Marriott Ownership Resorts, Inc. d/b/a Marriott Vacation Club International, or Sheraton Flex Vacations, LLC, based on currency type used for the package (Club Points or StarOptions^®), and not through the Abound by Marriott Vacations® exchange program.

Eligibility –

Sheraton Flex Vacations, LLC. sponsored offers are not available to residents of AL, AR, IA, ID, LA, ME, MS, NE, NV, OK, OR, RI, SD, UT, and WV.

Marriott Ownership Resorts, Inc. sponsored offers are not available to residents of ME and WV.

To be eligible, participants must: (1) own a Beneficial Interest in the MVC Trust; or (2) own a week that is enrolled in the Abound by Marriott Vacations exchange program; or (3) own a Vacation Ownership Interest that is enrolled in the Vistana Signature Network® exchange program. Excluded from this offer are:

(i) Employees of Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation, its affiliated companies, and their immediate family members;
(ii) Owners with a confirmed reservation for, or who have attended, an Exclusive Owner Event and timeshare presentation sponsored by Sponsor(s) within 6 months of the date that this package commences;
(iii) Owners with a confirmed reservation for, or who have attended, a Cruise Event sponsored by Sponsor(s) within 6 months of the date that this package commences; and/or
(v) Owners who reside outside of the United States.


Presentation –
Attendance at a timeshare sales presentation lasting approximately 90 minutes is required. Owners who do not attend the sales presentation may be charged up to the full retail value of this package.

If married or living together, couples must attend the sales presentation together to receive this offer; singles may purchase separately.

Offer –

Subject to availability. Package is nontransferable. This package may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional package offered by Sponsor(s). Travel is restricted to dates of the event. Offer cannot be modified. Due to the special pricing of this offer, we are unable to offer Marriott Bonvoy® program member benefits. The total retail value of this package is $1,880. Retail value of accommodations is $780. The total retail value of incentives is $1,100. Retail value is based on current average room rates at the time of print, which are subject to change without notice. Actual retail value will be based upon the rack rates during the period of occupancy. Premiums, if applicable, are not redeemable for cash and may be subject to change, and/or unavailable. Substitutions, if available, will be at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Accommodations may be subject to change or unavailable. Alternate accommodations may be used if necessary. Airfare, transportation, additional expenses, applicable taxes, if any, and gratuities are not included with this offer.

Cancellation –

Upon purchase: Residents of Michigan, Minnesota, New Mexico, North Dakota, and Texas may cancel the package purchase within 15 business days of package purchase date and their ownership points will be restored. Cancellations must be made in writing within 15 business days of package purchase date. Cancellation notices must be sent to Owner Events Team, 7812 Palm Parkway, Orlando, Florida 32836.

Prior to arrival:
- Cancellation within 24 hours of booking:
Owners may cancel their Exclusive Owner Event reservation up to 24 hours after booking and receive their ownership points back without penalty. This 24-hour period is applicable to reservation made both outside and inside of 61 days prior to arrive time frame.
- Cancellation up to 61 days prior to arrival:
Owners may cancel their Exclusive Owner Event reservation up to 61 days prior to arrival and their ownership points will be restored.
- Cancellation 60 days prior to arrival or less:
If an Owner cancels their Exclusive Owner Event reservation 60 days prior to arrival or less; their ownership points will be forfeited.
