Gear Up for a Car Show That Goes the Extra Mile
Get your motor running with a collection of classic and cutting-edge cars at the prestigious Concours d’Elegance & Motoring Festival. The celebration of automotive technology and artistry, set on scenic Hilton Head Island, is more than an extraordinary car show. Its aim is to educate as well as entertain, inspiring future generations of car innovators and collectors.
Now’s your chance to attend this celebration of motoring excellence, with special access to the VIP Patrons Tent. Your va-va-vroom vacation begins with check-in at Marriott’s Barony Beach Club, followed by a welcome dinner at Michael Anthony’s Cucina Italiana, Hilton Head’s consummate Italian fine-dining destination. Dine with fellow Owners at this local favorite, showcasing the finest imported ingredients and tastes from every corner of Italy. Each of your three courses will have a wine pairing hand-selected by a sommelier.
The next day is the first of your two days exploring the Concours d’Elegance & Motoring Festival. On the first day, marvel at the extraordinary specimens in the Car Club Showcase. Invited car clubs display their prized autos, with dreams of taking home a distinguished award. Your experience also includes a short shuttle ride to the Aero Expo at Hilton Head Island Airport, a showcase of state-of-the-art aircraft from iconic brands such as BMW, McLaren, and Porsche.
On the second day, check out more than 200 examples of automotive excellence in the Concours d’Elegance, celebrating impeccable engineering and top-notch design. It’s both a display and a competition, evaluated by a slate of 75 esteemed judges. You’ll have special access to the shaded VIP Patrons Tent on both days, including a full bar and catered cuisine. Throughout each day, take breaks and relax at private tables just for your group.

Each package includes spacious accommodations in a 2-bedroom villa at Marriott’s Barony Beach Club. Please note: Guests must be 21 years of age or older to attend the events described below.
Day 1

Check in at Marriott’s Barony Beach Club at 4 p.m. - Welcome Dinner at Michael Anthony’s Cucina Italiana

- Your 90-Minute Personal Sales Presentation of the Marriott Vacation Club Destinations® Program
Discover the newest travel opportunities available through ownership and the Abound by Marriott Vacations™ exchange program. The sales presentation will take place nearby at the Hilton Head Sales Gallery.

Eligibility: Participants must: (1) own a Beneficial Interest in the MVC Trust; or (2) own a week that is enrolled in the Abound by Marriott Vacations exchange program; or (3) own a Vacation Ownership Interest that is enrolled in the Vistana Signature Network® exchange program.

Cancellation Policy
Prior to arrival:
- Cancellation within 24 hours of booking:
Owners may cancel their Exclusive Owner Event reservation up to 24 hours after booking and receive their ownership points back without penalty. This 24-hour period is applicable to reservations made both outside and inside of 60-days-prior-to-arrival time frame.
- Cancellation up to 61 days prior to arrival:
Owners may cancel their Exclusive Owner Event reservation up to 61 days prior to arrival and their ownership points will be restored.
- Cancellation 60 days prior to arrival or less:
If an Owner cancels their Exclusive Owner Event reservation 60 days prior to arrival or less, their ownership points will be forfeited.
Upon purchase:
- Residents of Michigan, Minnesota, New Mexico, North Dakota, and Texas may cancel within 15 business days of package purchase date and their ownership points will be restored. Cancellations must be made in writing within 15 business days of package purchase date. Cancellation notices must be sent to Owner Events Team, 7812 Palm Parkway, Orlando, Florida 32836.
The total retail value of this package is $3,020. Retail value of accommodations is $1,650. The total retail value of incentives is $1,370. Retail value is based on current average room rates at the time of print, which are subject to change without notice. Actual retail value will be based upon the rack rates during the period of occupancy. Premiums, if applicable, are not redeemable for cash and may be subject to change and/or unavailable.
