Say “Olé” to Latin Flavors Served Omakase-Style
Embark on a culinary journey with renowned chef Lorena Garcia as she presents a 10-course Latin-inspired dinner served in Omakase fashion. A trailblazer in Latin cuisine, Garcia is a Top Chef Masters alum, cookbook author, and the visionary behind CHICA, her acclaimed restaurant on the Las Vegas Strip where she became the first female chef featured on the “Wall of Culinary Titans.”
Your delicioso adventure begins with check-in at Marriott’s Villas at Doral, followed by a welcome dinner at Baires Grill. Meet fellow Owners in the unique ambiance of this true Argentinian steakhouse.
On Day 2 you’ll head downtown to Lorena Garcia’s studio loft kitchen where she films her popular demonstrations. She’ll prepare 10 courses including drinks and serve them Omakase-style. From a Japanese term meaning “I leave it up to you,” this dining concept allows Garcia to craft a tasting menu that showcases a mastery and passion unique to her. With each course, expect bold flavors, elegant presentation, and a celebration of Latin heritage.

Each package includes spacious accommodations in a 2-bedroom villa at Marriott’s Villas at Doral. Please note: Guests must be 21 years of age or older to attend the events described below.
Day 1

Dine with fellow Owners in the unique ambiance of a true Argentinian steakhouse. Round-trip transportation will be provided.
Day 2
- Omakase-Style Latin Dinner With Lorena Garcia
Head downtown to Garcia’s studio loft kitchen for a 10-course meal chosen by the celebrity chef herself. Due to the chef-selected menu, certain dietary restrictions or preferences may not be accommodated. Round-trip transportation will be provided.
Day 3
- Your 90-Minute Personal Sales Presentation of the Marriott Vacation Club Destinations® Program
Discover the newest travel opportunities available through ownership and the Abound by Marriott Vacations™ exchange program. The sales presentation will take place after traveling to the nearby Marriott Vacation Club®, South Beach, Sales Gallery.

Cancellation Policy
Prior to arrival:
- Cancellation within 24 hours of booking:
Owners may cancel their Exclusive Owner Event reservation up to 24 hours after booking and receive their ownership points back without penalty. This 24-hour period is applicable to reservations made both outside and inside of 60-days-prior-to-arrival time frame.
- Cancellation up to 61 days prior to arrival:
Owners may cancel their Exclusive Owner Event reservation up to 61 days prior to arrival and their ownership points will be restored.
- Cancellation 60 days prior to arrival or less:
If an Owner cancels their Exclusive Owner Event reservation 60 days prior to arrival or less, their ownership points will be forfeited.
Upon purchase:
- Residents of Michigan, Minnesota, New Mexico, North Dakota, and Texas may cancel within 15 business days of package purchase date and their ownership points will be restored. Cancellations must be made in writing within 15 business days of package purchase date. Cancellation notices must be sent to Owner Events Team, 7812 Palm Parkway, Orlando, Florida 32836.
The total retail value of this package is $3,104. Retail value of accommodations is $1,329. The total retail value of incentives is $1,775. Retail value is based on current average room rates at the time of print, which are subject to change without notice. Actual retail value will be based upon the rack rates during the period of occupancy. Premiums, if applicable, are not redeemable for cash and may be subject to change and/or unavailable. Substitutions, if available, will be at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Accommodations may be subject to change or unavailable. Alternate accommodations may be used if necessary.
