Retreat to Catalina Island with Fellow Owners
Soak in the California sun and celebrate summer when you choose between two premier Catalina Island adventures with your fellow Owners.
Settle in for a warm welcome reception of California wines, delicious cheeses and tasty small bites at Marriott’s Newport Coast Villas®. The next day, you’ll rejoin fellow Owners for a delicious breakfast before boarding a high-speed luxury catamaran to Catalina Island, followed by a private catered lunch overlooking the picturesque Descanso Bay at Catherine’s Terrace. You’ll then enjoy a fun-filled day on Descanso Beach or embark on a Hummer Jeep tour. Your exclusive Owner event will wrap up with upscale American fare and small plates at Laguna Beach’s Broadway by Amar Santana.
Twenty packages are available for this 4-day/3-night getaway. Each package includes accommodations for up to two guests at Marriott’s Newport Coast Villas – plus the following:
Day 1
- Arrival/check-in

Savor an evening of decadent wines, cheeses and small plates hosted by Bristol Farms as you mix and mingle with fellow Owners.
Day 2

Fuel up for your trip to Catalina Island with a fresh breakfast from Bristol Farms. - Cruise to Catalina Island and Lunch at Catherine’s Terrace
Travel by motor coach to the Catalina Express docks, where you’ll board a high-speed luxury catamaran. You’ll enjoy full bar service in a private lounge while cruising in style to Catalina Island. Then, partake in an upscale catered lunch overlooking the beautiful Descanso Bay at Catherine’s Terrace at Descanso Beach Club. - Option 1: A Beach Day to Remember

Attendance at a timeshare sales presentation lasting approximately 90 minutes is required.
Owners who do not attend the sales presentation may be charged up to the full retail value of this package.
If married or living together, couples must attend the sales presentation together to receive this offer; singles may purchase separately. Package is nontransferable. This package may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional package Marriott Ownership Resorts, Inc. offers. This offer is subject to change without notice. Due to the special pricing of this offer, we are unable to offer Marriott Bonvoy® program member benefits.
To be eligible, participants must: (1) own a Beneficial Interest in the MVC Trust; or (2) own a Week that is enrolled in the Abound by Marriott Vacations exchange program; or (3) own a Vacation Ownership Interest that is enrolled in the Vistana Signature Network® exchange program.
Excluded from this offer are:
- (i) Employees of Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation, its affiliated companies, and their immediate family members;
- (ii) Owners with a confirmed reservation for, or who have attended, an Exclusive Owner Event and timeshare presentation sponsored by Marriott Ownership Resorts, Inc. within 6 months of the date that this package commences;

- (v) Owners who reside outside of the United States.
Cancellation Policy
Prior to arrival:
- Cancellation within 24 hours of booking:
Owners may cancel their Exclusive Owner Event reservation up to 24 hours after booking and receive their ownership points back without penalty. This 24-hour period is applicable to reservations made both outside and inside of 61 days prior to arrive time frame.
- Cancellation up to 61 days prior to arrival:
Owners may cancel their Exclusive Owner Event reservation up to 61 days prior to arrival and their ownership points will be restored.
- Cancellation 60 days prior to arrival or less:
If an Owner cancels their Exclusive Owner Event reservation 60 days prior to arrival or less, their ownership points will be forfeited.
Upon purchase:
- Residents of Michigan, Minnesota, New Mexico, North Dakota, and Texas may cancel within 15 business days of package purchase date and their ownership points will be restored. Cancellations must be made in writing within 15 business days of package purchase date. Cancellation notices must be sent to Owner Events Team, 7812 Palm Parkway, Orlando, Florida 32836.
The total retail value of this offer is up to $2,998.76. Retail value of accommodations is up to $1,418. The total retail value of incentives is up to $1,580.76. Retail value is based on current average room rates at the time of print, which are subject to change without notice. Actual retail value will be based upon the rack rates during the period of occupancy. Premiums, if applicable, are not redeemable for cash and may be subject to change, and/or unavailable. Substitutions, if available, will be at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Accommodations may be subject to change or unavailable. Alternate accommodations may be used if necessary.
