Celebrate 10 Years of One of Country’s Hottest Festivals
Jelly Roll. Kid Rock. Lainey Wilson. Rascal Flatts. These are your headliners for the 2025 Carolina Country Music Fest. They’ll be joined by 40+ other country artists right by the beach as one of the nation’s biggest country music festivals celebrates 10 years of music. The ocean is your backdrop as you eat, drink, and rock out over 4 action-packed days. Wander from stage to stage each day and catch a rising star before they really hit it big.
Your country-cool getaway begins with check-in at Sheraton Broadway Resort. Then you are off to Myrtle Beach Boardwalk right next to the beach to get the party started at the McDonald’s Thursday Night Kick-Off Concert. At this official opening event of the Carolina Country Music Fest, Rascal Flatts will headline on the heels of their reunion tour celebrating their 25th anniversary.
On Days 2, 3, and 4, you’ll head back to the Boardwalk each afternoon to enjoy the festival. Explore 18 acres of fun, sun, and country music. Visit the different stages to catch both big-name as well as up-and-coming artists. Check out other entertainment around the grounds like shopping, a Ferris wheel, and more. Hit up the food vendors for a delicious snack or refreshing drink. Bring along your blanket or towel and find a comfortable spot to stretch out and relax (sorry, no chairs allowed). And don’t miss the headliner each night at the Coors Light Main Stage. You’ll be given a $200 Visa® Gift Card to use toward the cost of food, drinks, and merchandise from the festival vendors.
You’ll also receive a voucher to be used toward the cost of breakfast at Sea Captain’s House on any morning of your vacation that you choose. This oceanfront dining staple will fill you up for your day ahead with omelets, French toast, and favorites from the sea like the crab cakes Benedict.

Each package includes spacious accommodations in a 2-bedroom villa at Sheraton Broadway Resort. Please note: Guests must be 21 years of age or older to attend the events described below.

Boot scootin’ boogie back over to the festival that afternoon for the second day of country music performances. Round-trip transportation and a schedule of return times will be provided.

Cancellation Policy
Prior to arrival:
- Cancellation within 24 hours of booking:
Owners may cancel their Exclusive Owner Event reservation up to 24 hours after booking and receive their ownership points back without penalty. This 24-hour period is applicable to reservations made both outside and inside of 60-days-prior-to-arrival time frame.
- Cancellation up to 61 days prior to arrival:
Owners may cancel their Exclusive Owner Event reservation up to 61 days prior to arrival and their ownership points will be restored.
- Cancellation 60 days prior to arrival or less:
If an Owner cancels their Exclusive Owner Event reservation 60 days prior to arrival or less, their ownership points will be forfeited.
Upon purchase:
- Residents of Michigan, Minnesota, New Mexico, North Dakota, and Texas may cancel within 15 business days of package purchase date and their ownership points will be restored. Cancellations must be made in writing within 15 business days of package purchase date. Cancellation notices must be sent to Owner Events Team, 7812 Palm Parkway, Orlando, Florida 32836.
The total retail value of this package is $3,398. Retail value of accommodations is $1,468. The total retail value of incentives is $1,930. Retail value is based on current average room rates at the time of print, which are subject to change without notice. Actual retail value will be based upon the rack rates during the period of occupancy. Premiums, if applicable, are not redeemable for cash and may be subject to change and/or unavailable.
